shokes answered your question: High Protein Bread Brands? Have you heard of Ezekiel Bread from Food for Life? They I don’t know about protein but they’re high-fiber low-glycemic. I saw this in the freezer section of my grocery about a week ago and was curious.  I think it may have a little more protein than regular breads as well.  I’ll have to give it a try. Thanks :)

High Protein Bread Brands?
Does anyone know of any high protein breads (not wraps) out there?  I’m looking for something to supplement my post workouts for the times I can’t make a protein shake.  Usually I like to have PB or AB on a slice of bread and some milk but Id like my bread to pack a bigger punch if if can.  I’m severely lacking on my protein intake.  Thanks

Apparently there is now a Grocery Store/Market on...
We had to leave campus, back when I was in school, if we ever wanted real food.  I’m going to check it out later and possibly take pictures.  I’m kind of excited even though I’ll never use it (too far) but it’s cool that something like this is available for UT students now.  Hopefully it stays around.
