Mynue Jeens

So I bought a Dutch Oven today to make a dish called Beef Bourguignon.  Its pretty simple but time consuming and kind of requires this giant heavy pot (and an entire bottle of wine!).  It cost me a good 60 bucks but it was well worth the investment.  Finished result was amazing! 

Served with a toasted Sour Dough Loaf smeared with crushed garlic.
