Kale and Avocado Smoothie

  • 4 Stalks of Kale (No Stems)
  • Half of 1 Medium Banana
  • Half of 1 Granny Smith Apple
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries (Frozen)
  • 1/4 cup Raspberries (Frozen)
  • 1/4 cup Strawberries Frozen)
  • 1/4 of a Small - Medium Avocado
  • 1/4 cup Plain Fat Free Active Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup water

Day 3: Thanksgiving Detox

Breakfast :)

Btw, this one was super filling.  I almost couldn’t drink it all.
