- 4 Stalks of Kale (No Stems)
- Half of 1 Medium Banana
- Half of 1 Granny Smith Apple
- 1/4 cup Blueberries (Frozen)
- 1/4 cup Raspberries (Frozen)
- 1/4 cup Strawberries Frozen)
- 1/4 of a Small - Medium Avocado
- 1/4 cup Plain Fat Free Active Yogurt
- 1/2 cup water
Day 3: Thanksgiving Detox
Breakfast :)
Btw, this one was super filling. I almost couldn’t drink it all.
