January One

My first real post of the new year but I don’t want this to be some type of resolutions thing.  Not that I don’t believe in them, after all sometimes a person needs a little push or motivation to do whatever makes them happy in life.  This is more about plans and starting off my new year as best I can.  I hope you all do as well :)

January Goals:

  • Eat Vegetarian at least 4 days a week
  • Finish weeks 3-6 of 5k training (Remember to STRETCH!)
  • Take scouting trip
  • Finish current book and read 2 more
  • Complete 2 24Hr Fasting periods (Jan 2 and 16)
  • Make sure to eat at or above my calorie intake every day (1st week in January not counting fasting days)
