I originally wanted to start 30 Day Shred this weekend but I didn’t get the DVD until yesterday (I should check my mail more often!) and I wanted to take measurements before since most ppl I have talked to lose more inches than weight. I still cant find my measuring tape but I’m gonna start the Shred today and then measure tomorrow after I buy a new one. Anyway Today’s Workout.
- Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred - Level 1. Harder than I thought it would be but not overly difficult. I can definitely tell my weakness is my arms/shoulders but I’m workin on it!
- 20 Min Vinyasa Flow Yoga
I’ll alternate these with completing quests on Fitocracy and the rest of the Couch to 5k training. I can’t believe I’m almost 6 weeks in on that :)
