Week 6 of Couch to 5k (Day 3)

  • Day 4 - 30 Day Shred
  • 5 Min Warm Up Walk
  • 2.25 Mile Run
  • Basic Strength Training (Squats/Deadlifts/Cleans/Rows)
  • Cool Down 

( 32 / 365 Miles for 2012)

I’m also going to spend the day making a Food/Workout plan for the month so that I can make sure I get maximum results from the 30 Day Shred and my other training.

Steel Cut Oats w/ Crunchy Almond Butter for breakfast. My new favorite combo :)
