Mynue Jeens

I made Zucchini Bread with Chocolate Chips for the first time as a response/combat against Girl Scout Cookies this year.  I try to resist them, I really do but it’s hard.  They’re everywhere! 

Anyway this recipe, made with both white and whole wheat flour) was easy and I happened to have everything but the nutmeg on hand.  They came out quite good.  I may have cooked them a bit long but I like the little crunchy shell they made on the outside.  Definitely have to make these again soon.
