I can’t wait to start a lifting program

I have about 12 Days left in the 30 Day Shred which I like okay (I think I’m benefiting but not in the most optimal way).  So these next two weeks will be spent doing a lot of research on a proper lifting program, finding out my maxes, and purchasing anything I need, which I don’t anticipate being much.  Sort of excite!

If anyone has tips, suggestions, etc., they are welcome :)
