Are you lifting at the gym or at home? What are your goals? Mass, strength, speed, endurance??? These are not mutually exclusive but it’s good to know what you are looking for.
My aim is going to be Strength and Endurance along with Fat Loss. I will be lifting at home to start off and moving to a gym in the next two months. Thanks so much!
