Today’s Workout: 2/23

Week 7 - Day 2 Couch to 5k: 2.5 Miles (28 Minutes)

I did it on the treadmill for the first time and felt great.  I took a page from @nycfitbunny’s book and covered the clock so I didn’t get distracted and just ran.  It felt really great in all honesty.

Tomorrow I Start Level 3 of 30 Day Shred.  Kind of glad to get this overwith and start my lifting program.
